Stock and lead times
An opening allocation of 10 sellable items per product code is available, as confirmed by Tranquil. Where the product is a retail pack, one item means one complete pack. Discontinued supplier lines require confirmation of remaining stock. Stock is checked when an order is accepted. Confirm collection readiness and delivery timing with the team.
Collection and delivery
Collection can be arranged from 34 Andries Street, Wynberg, Sandton once the order is ready. Delivery is quoted for your address and order size. No free-delivery promise applies unless it is explicitly included in your written quotation or checkout.
Prices and payment
Displayed retail prices are in South African rand and apply to the item or retail pack shown. Online ordering is being enabled in Tranquil’s existing store. The checkout or written quotation confirms the final total, delivery and applicable tax before payment.
Installation
Supply pricing excludes installation. Have a qualified electrician confirm wiring, suitability, mounting and any required electrical compliance before installation.
Damaged, incorrect or unsuitable goods
Check the product code, finish and visible condition before installation. Contact sales@tranquilfactories.co.za with your order reference and photographs where relevant so we can arrange the appropriate next step. Keep the packaging until the fitting has been checked.
Returns and warranty support
Ask us for the applicable return terms before ordering, particularly for special-order products. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by model. Tranquil handles the customer enquiry and confirms the applicable process; this information does not limit statutory consumer rights.
